New Fall Scents

Over the summer I created some lovely new scents for fall and Halloween. I had a lot of fun making them and incorporating the smells of Autumn that I truly enjoy. Fall is my favorite time of the year and I love celebrating Halloween, having feasts and honoring our ancestors and departed loved ones. I love the crisp smell of fall leaves and the colors of the fall sunsets as they fade from yellow-orange to indigo-black in the night sky, so beautiful behind a bare tree on the horizon. Here are a few of the scents that are new for fall, as well as the fall favorite that debuted last fall/winter.

Deep Midnight Perfume Oils---Welcome to my Blog

Hello friends and followers of artisan blended perfume oils!  Some of you may already know me from my shop on etsy:  www.deepmidnightbathery.etsy.com.  Others of you will hopefully become new friends and fans. 

Here is a little bit about me and my shop:  

One of my joys in life is developing beautiful scents for myself and others to wear. I create Victorian, Gothic, Magical, and Steampunk inspired perfume oils. I love blending unique perfumes; it simply makes me happy... and having happy customers who love using what I create makes me even happier. I want you to enjoy using what I enjoy making. These are scents you will come back to over and over again. Each perfume blend is created by me and you will find that my perfumes are unique and complex in character. When I describe my blends, I want each perfume I create to tell a story in miniature, to create a dreamscape in your mind that will connect with your sense of smell and transport you to where you want to go. I am inspired by people and characters, both past and present, places, literature, movies, and a variety of historical eras.

I donate a portion of my sales ot animal charities and I am a proud member of the Time Travelers Team, Artists for Animals, and The Apothecary Team on etsy.

On this blog I will preview items from my shop, share thoughts on perfumes and their creation, and also advertise sales and new products and scents that will be debuting in my shop.
